Doug Ober, President and founder of Ober Consulting began his career in the executive search industry in 1992.

During Doug’s executive search career he has filled positions from entry-level sales to the C-Suite across a diverse range of industries including: Business to Business, Industrial Sales, Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Medical Devices, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Enterprise Software, Management Consulting, IT Services & Outsourcing, Healthcare Information Systems, Cloud computing and SaaS. Doug’s clients have ranged from private equity capitalized start-ups to Fortune 1000 market leaders. In addition to his extensive search experience Doug conducts recruiter training for other search firms, and also consults with client companies on the organizational structure of their internal talent procurement processes. Prior to his career in the search industry, Doug was an Airborne Ranger qualified Infantry Officer with the U.S. Army.
