Darwin Partners (Now Dextrys)

When Ober Consulting partnered with Darwin Partners, the companies challenge as a young and growing IT Staff Augmentation firm was to source a large volume of personnel across their entire business enterprise to allow them to increase their service delivery bandwidth to a rapidly growing customer base. Acting in the role of strategic advisor to the CEO and President of Darwin Partners, Ober Consulting assisted in the planning and execution of strategic staffing initiatives which over the course of two years contributed to Darwin Partners growing from 25-200+ employees (15MM-90MM in revenue). Ober Consulting’s contribution to this organization’s growth consisted of the following:

  • Advised the executive management team on all strategic staffing issues to include: Recruitment strategies, position profiling, compensation, and critical market trends as they related to the anticipated impact on the organization’s growth and stability.
  • Direct sourcing of the following key personnel: Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Research.
